5. Fill in your payment details and confirm your purchase.
- DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
In order to shop at Montaignemarket.com you will need to open an account.
Simply click on the REGISTER link in the upper left corner to fill in your details.
Please ensure that your contact details are correct, so that we can contact you if necessary. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card.
- HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?
We are an authorized distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

- WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
The sizes listed on the web site are those marked on the garment label. Sizes can vary greatly by designer.
To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the 'SIZE INFO' link which you will find on every product page.
- HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items are in stock unless 'SOLD OUT' is displayed. When you choose you size you will see the actual stock per size. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please contact us to find out if there is going to be a restock.
- WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Sogenactif (Société Générale).

- ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Due to international trading agreements and regulations, Montaigne Market is obliged to adhere to particular shipping restrictions.
As a result, we are unable ship items made of exotic skins outside of the EU. In addition, some products manufactured in China and fine jewelry of certain compositions, are not allowed to be shipped to some countries.
- HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Orders are shipped from Montaigne Market Paris, France Monday – Friday from 10AM – 5PM (CET). Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. The normal delivery time should be 2 to 5 working days.

- CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM AND WILL I BE REFUNDED?
If for any reason you are not happy with your order the items can be returned within 7 days for a size/merchandise exchange or a refund.
